Senior Creative Designer

Code: BKS/HR/CAR/08/Design/CD01

Profile:

As a Senior Creative Designer, you will create graphics, screens and layouts that reflect and extend the established style guide. You will work closely with the designers, product managers and developers. You will translate creative directions and discussions into leading on-demand application designs and layout. You will create and maintain a consistent look-and-feel of the applications being developed.

Skill Set:

• Atleast 4+ years of hands-on experience in visual or Interactive design
• Degree in Design or relevant experience to compensate the requirement of a Degree in Design
• Skills in major graphic software programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash. Experience in Flex and Action script would be preferred.
• Strong HTML/CSS skills: The ability turn your creative vision into code is a must
• Detailed understanding of color, space and typography
• Keen eye for details and a proven track record producing consistent clean icons, graphics and layouts
• Able to successfully manage all aspects of a project from start to finish
• Must be self-motivated, a good communicator, comfortable following directions, and able to balance great designs and meeting short deadlines
• Able to produce results independently as well as collaboratively in a team

Quality Services Analyst

Requirement:

• Experience of at least 3+ years, with at least 2 years of total hard core experience on software application testing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience in Quality Assurance
• Automated Test Tool Experience desirable
• Develop and maintain manual test plans and/or scripts for functional, regression and system testing
• Execute manual and automated tests using the test documents
• Ability to isolate, troubleshoot and document problems encountered during testing
• Communicate test plan status to the Development Team to promote effective critical path decisions for the release
• Identify, log, report and tracks bugs found in the release
• Participate in development meetings to define software requirements
• Communicate product version changes to internal support staff

Skill Set:

• Good written and oral communications; some training skills may be required

• Interact with the Client and the Internal development team to understand the current Project Road Map and end user deliverables.

• Service orientation; self directed; process driven and customer focused
• Must have good people skills and be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task
• Working knowledge of .NET web-based applications, Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 (Team Suite Tester Edition a plus) and familiarity with C# and ASP.NET
• Microsoft Windows Environments (XP Professional, 2000 /2003)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005
• Internet Information Services 5.0/5.5/6.0
• Source Control Systems (Team Foundation Server a plus)
