In the role of a CEO, Piyush Goel sets the strategic direction, promotes Beyond Key’s values, leads their client-first culture, and focuses on ensuring the company’s sustainable growth.

He founded Beyond Key in 2005 with a vision to develop solutions that would transform global business operations forever. As a successful entrepreneur and experienced technology executive, Piyush understands the key to helping clients is a mix of digital transformation, strategy innovation, and constant learning.

With a vision to explore and capture global markets, he moved to Chicago in 2017 and established Beyond Technologies LLC as the group’s global headquarter.

Piyush is a qualified CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and later completed his Diploma in Information Systems from the same institution. He also holds an Honors Diploma in Systems Management from the National Institute of Information Technology. Recently he completed an executive program in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management. Piyush is a part of the Entrepreneurs Organization in Indore and Chicago. He is an angel investor and has been a mentor for some start-ups.

Piyush can be found on a Tennis court or golf course when he's not working. He is an avid reader who enjoys philosophical thinking and socializing with friends, and family in his leisure time.

I have led large, distributed teams and enabled business units to contribute over 40% of company revenue by combining strategic foresight with delivery excellence. At Beyond Key, I oversee the full spectrum of our software services & products from cloud solutions, data analytics, and AI/ML to GenAI, intranet platforms, and enterprise-scale digital transformation. Alongside technology, I also bring expertise in Marketing and HR, ensuring alignment between people, brand, and business strategy. Raj Krishnan is an advisor at Beyond Key who guides management and key associates on creating and executing Beyond Key's advisory strategy, developing and leading our global advisory offerings and capabilities. Raj currently works with Microsoft as a Digital Transformation Advisor.

He brings over 25+ years of experience as a renowned technology enthusiast with deep expertise in AI, Modern Data Warehouse, DevOps and Cloud design, and implementation services. He is a regular speaker at Technology conferences both at Microsoft and other renowned platforms. He is a certified Microsoft Trainer and a hackathon Coach.

Raj also led architecture design sessions and proof of concepts for a variety of solutions like collaboration tools, web/mobile application development, DevOps, data & analytics, Office 365, and .NET development.

He is also an Adjunct Professor at two Universities in Chicago where he teaches Application Development, Data Warehousing, and Analytics. He believes in Einstein's philosophy – “Once you stop learning, you start dying”.

With over two decades of experience in software architecture, project and client management, I bring a balanced blend of technical depth and strategic execution to every engagement.

My background in analytics, combined with Microsoft-certified expertise and a Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification, enables me to craft data-driven solutions that fuel business transformation and long-term growth.

I work closely with the Practice Managers to streamline delivery processes, foster agility, and nurture a culture of continuous learning. As a key AI leader within the organization, I spearhead the integration of Generative AI into our solution ecosystem—helping businesses harness its transformative potential through secure, scalable, and value-driven applications.

My expertise spans a broad tech stack—ranging from C#.Net, TypeScript, and Node.js to advanced platforms like Azure Apps, Web APIs, PWAs, and GenAI solutions. I am also proficient in identity protocols like OAuth 2.0, OpenID, and SAML, and work extensively with data solutions including MS SQL Server, Vector DB, Elastic Search, and SOLR.

My responsibilities include pre-sales technical strategy, resource optimization, and end-to-end project execution, all guided by a proactive, data-driven approach. I specialize in transforming complex data into actionable insights, ensuring solutions align with client objectives and industry best practices. My expertise in modern data platforms empowers organizations to harness the full potential of their data ecosystems.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy playing cricket and table tennis, and I'm an avid reader. I bring over 16 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing, and client engagement. Currently, I serve as Vice President - Enterprise Services at Beyond Key, where I lead the P&L for specific Lines of Business (LOBs) and oversee product strategy, sales, marketing, GTM, and service delivery to drive business growth and operational excellence.

With a strong background in business strategy, marketing leadership, and deep expertise in technology implementation, I have spearheaded initiatives that have scaled businesses, optimized profitability, and driven high-impact demand generation.
