About the Customer
The client is a New York-based top Group Insurance company that deals in Statutory Disability and Paid Family Leave-related insurance coverage. They received policy-related bills and forms which were filed both online as well as offline every day from their brokers, policy holders, and claimants. Beyond Key already developed a web and mobile portal for the client to keep track of online forms, but managing the offline forms was a challenge.
About the Project
Beyond Key identified the top priority as reducing manual entries into the system. They leveraged the power of machine learning with advanced technology use of Tensorflow and Python which could easily help them to read handwritten text on PDFs and make appropriate automated data entries into the software for further processing.
