Beyond Key built a custom CRM solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Module to help Fenix Group achieve Case automation and progress tracking in real-time. Alongside, we developed a dedicated Custom Portal in Dynamics 365 environment which was able to track incoming customer queries within the CRM system adding value to the case lifecycle.
